Come experience the comfortable atmosphere, cuisine, fine wines and unique events of Rustica Bistro and Wine Bar. The Bistro and Wine Bar is the result of a collaboration by Mike Arntzen and Chris Martin.

Chef Chris is classically trained in Italian. He brings fifteen years of hospitality and food service as an executive chef to the operation. His menu of rustic Italian cuisine is inspired by his grandparents from the old country and his innovative transformation of fresh ingredients to appeal to the Southwestern palate.

Mike Arntzen heads the wine operation. His passion for fine wine is evident in the extensive wine inventory of small production products from around the world not easily found elsewhere in Northern Arizona. The wine bar and bottle shop is stocked with boutique, family owned wines. The wine events are legendary in the region with weekly wine tastings, and monthly wine dinners and small plates pairings.

Together Martin and Arntzen understand the special symbiotic relationship of food and wine. From eggplant to mussels, Alfredo to Scaloppini, Marsala to filets, we have a perfect wine recommendation. From antipasti to dolce, we and our staff strive to please our guests.

Come and joins us for a memorable experience.

Buon Appetito
Bere Vino!
